Hi, guys, I'm roadrunner, This was my Dad, I would like to thank you for your prayers and your kind words. He is and will always be missed, he was what I call a gentle giant, with big shoes to fill, he never meet a stranger, he was the kind of man that would give his shirt off his back if you needed it, but, it was hard for us to get him to tell us where he was fishing to get "the BIG FISH", he was funny like that. I was blessed to have a great man like him for my dad, I was his only girl and the middle child. Thank you once again, and GOD Bless you all.

Eugene will be missed around the Lake for sure. He was a good guy that only had good to say or kept it to himself. The man shure loved to spider rig on Nimrod Lake. Prayers sent to him and his extended family.

I didn't get to know Gene untill this past June when I bought a place across the street from him. I guess we became good frineds the same day he came across the street to welcome me and my wlfe to the neighborhood and to go fishing . We went fishing a few time, but not near as many times that I would love to have been able fished with him and got to know him better.

    A FRIEND FOR SURE.
