I am saving to get commercial mold plates. That is the reason for selling. Please PM me for Pictures and DIRT CHEAP price. Works great. Cost $1957 new.

Does this maintain the temp and get multiple pours without burning or discoloring the plastic? How much for the compressor too? And how much plastisol does it hold
I’d love to see and video of this thing in action, is there one?
You can go the the Jacobs Mold website to see videos or check youtube to see it in action.
Yes it maintains temperature and you get multiple injections. Not all plastisol is made the same. We usually waited about 10 minutes after the thermometer alarm went off to insure thorough heating of the plastic before we started shooting. It has a stir handle to help get the plastic to uniform temperature. I used long C-clamps and ratchet clamps to shoot 6-8 molds on the work bench quickly. My wife would unload the baits, reclamp and I would shoot them again. We also used heat stabilizer with the plastic to insure the plastic never burned and it did noter burn. Just like leaving a turkey in the oven too long it can burn and my guess is the plastic may be the same way. The manual is very good and it is easy to clean after you are done shooting. It holds 32 oz of plastic max. We never used more than 16 oz. The compressor is not for sale. You can get one like in the photo above at Lowes or Home Depot. I paid $99 for mine. I ran it at 15-25 PSI depending on the size of the mold and at 325 degrees. It uses a digital thermometer with a probe as shown in the photos. Never had any problems using it. It does have a safety pop off valve st the top of the chamber if the internal pressure ever hit 30 PSI.
