Still very new to making my own baits and am having a problem with air bubbles in the plastic. I heat it in a Pyrex cup in a microwave. I've tried slow heating anywhere between 15 and 30 second intervals to 1 minute intervals. I don't use a thermometer I just eyeball it until it gets to a viscosity I want to shoot. But it doesn't seem to matter as the bubbles appear well before it's ready or even close to 350. I make these in my garage with the door open and live in central IL so whatever the temp and humidity is outside is what it is where I'm making. Anybody got a solution I could try?
