Where did you get that bait.
Can anyone tell me who makes this mold. I found one by Jacob's baits that's close.

A friend gave me a couple. There is a guy on Facebook that sells them. I have found him and put in an order for some of his baits. He has some good looking baits. I have asked about the mold but haven't heard back from him. It appears he gets to the orders when he has the time and as he receives them. So I hope to hear back from him soon.
In the mean time I made this post and have been looking for the mold. I can't find it so I'm thinking it is one that he had made himself and not one being sold by the mold companies. If so it would explain me not being able to find it. If you're interested in his baits or the mold you can try reaching out to him. Look up custom magic jigs on Facebook.

The only differance in this one and jacobs mold I see is this body is smooth where Jacobs body is more grub like. If this individual prefered the smooth body, he could have modified the mold, or cut the tail off one from a Jacobs bait, made a body he liked attached the tail and made his own mold. It's called frankinsteining a bait. A whole Facebook page devoted to this being done. Taking parts from this lure or that one and joining it or them to other parts to come up with new ones....Although thy ar genrally for ons own use.
