Good morning Crappie.com well we kind of have a busy day I got a run out and do 100 singers in gold in orange my hand is a lot better guys after three days of severe pain currently I pinched a nerve or twisted my arm or something Hope everyone has a good day .

OUCH - hate to hear that Bob. Hope your arm feels better soon.

It feels a lot better we had about two nights that I couldn’t sleep at all but we are in good shape now and will go forward I see you’re up bright and early of course it’s not bright and early were your At but it is here it is about 7 o’clock our time here am.

I am always up around 4:30 local time. I feel and I share your pain Bob. I have arthritis really bad in both hands. I checked with the doctor and he gave his diagnosis. "Arthur It Is." It is hard to sleep when you are up every two hours because of bladder and prostrate problems resulting from your bout with cancer but we both are still above ground so we won't complain. Trouble does not last always.

I'm up at 3:30 am and work from 5am-2pm then home to watch girls as wife heads to work. Bedtime typically around 11pm depending on if girls are sleeping. Tough being daddy daycare....lol.

How do you get by with only 4 1/2 hours of sleep?! I only average 5-6 hours most nights and drag a** most days.

I would say conditioning. I know when I was a bit younger, and in the service personnel would foul up on replacements and we wouldgo frm 10 hr days to working from before the sun comes up, (0300) till sometimes 2200, then be back at 0300 in the morning. Sometimes for months on end. after about a week of dragging tail, you get a second wind and keep going. Didn't matter, troops had to eat, job HAD to get done, and done right...

Usually I’m up to about 11 o’clock at night and get woke up in the morning at 4 o’clock by our stupid cat it is time to feed him .

You need to get an automatic feeder then....lol. Nice Fat Forks in avatar!
