    Default M-F EASY STRETCH Plastic.

Enjoy making my own Baits,Handties, plastic. All the plastics have used Lurecraft,Do-it ect.Are good plastcs catch fish. But tare up to easy.Set out to make a plastic bait that we could catch 30-50 crappie before needing another body.Think we found it M-F sent us SOME samples,Thanks Bob.To try.M-F Bounce love it soft but durable,We have been trying this spring Easystretch.Soft, floats and stretches without tearing. The first batches had to let set"cure" before using.Great stuff if looking for a Durable plastic.Name: 20180525_131916~2.jpg

Sounds interesting. How long do they need to cure? What temperature were you injecting it into the mold? Any bubbles or burned plastic?

package right after molding, cures in the ziplock bag.My microwave 8 oz 2 min, stir then 30 min shots till ready to pour in injector,No Bubbles or burned plastic.Really clear.Really like it for Ned plastics and minnow baits,Really like the Bounce also floats our sinko's and floating worms.Holds the plastic up on the hook no superglue.Hate superglue tearing up the plastic.

Well after a 14 month hiatus from pouring and a bad taste in my mouth from the easy stretch batch I got from the beginning of last year you motivated me. I loved the low odor, minimal smell, stretch and no browning of the plastic but what I was sent was a bubble nightmare no matter what I did. Well after your post I bit the bullet and ordered some more and this time got the medium hard and well night and day difference. Nothing like what I got over a year ago. Will be putting it to use with my new molds when I get them within the next several weeks. Here is an initial heat of a minute, then another minute and then 30 seconds. Oh and thanks for sending me down the rabbit hole again!!! Lol

    Hm m m !
    "low odor, minimal smell",
just caught my interest, and curiosity,

for with my significant other having allergies and comments toward a lingering odor left from my pours, sort of put me on a holding pattern.

(which I hope to change if your find has a lower odor ?)

    billygee

I find during the heating process it has one of the lowest odors of plastics I’ve tried. Also the overall cured bait has minimal odor.
