    Default Lure Making Beginner

I am going to start pouring my own plastics and maybe eventually start pouring my own jig heads. Was curious to what products such as coloring and plastics everyone recommends. Just like everyone else I love the bobby garland baby shad so any mold close to that I would prefer to start with. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

There is a stickie at the top of the DIY. Soft plastics forum on where to get molds and supplies. I personally like Do It Molds and Lurecraft. Welcome from Alabama. You will find all the information on soft plastic luremaking there.

I have been making my own jig heads for years but have since found them for $12 a hundred and it just is not worth the trouble to pour my own now.check out the basstackle.com 669 stinger mold and their tadpole
