I know now that you can't hurry this....I did and got bubbles again! For sure premium degassed plastisol is now my new friend tested essential and *********'s one turned amber and one didn't is a heads up just clear for dipping the baits.Name: IMG_1064.jpg

Essentials turned amber. Short bursts oh anglers idea of the cardboard in the micro has really made an impact. I controlled it the baitjunlys degassed stayed clear and hardly any bubbles! The essentials full of bubbles I only turned it up side down carefully not to shake it vigorously to add bubbles no comparison

Yeah I'm done with Do-It and I've spent the most money with them. Nothing more said is needed.

I shake my do-it plastic for five or six minutes and never have bubbles, and on my last heating to get to 350 I stir it like crazy, ten slowly stir it for 5 seconds and the bubble come right out, I also pour my plastic into my injector

I have the 2.5 gals like to see you shake that for
    6 min. Thatd wear me
out! Shaking plastisol causes bubbles i got schooled on that. Again it's degass is the way,I need to
    figure out how to
    degass my own

Haven't been posting for a long time but a word of advice on plastisol . It is better if you don't shake any of it . You will introduce air back into the plastic as time goes on . That can cause bubbles and even some discoloring . Rig you up a roller system so it can be on the laying on the side of the jug . Slow turning electrical motors work best .Leave them going most of the time during production and 2 hrs before if possible.. Just a little FYI from the school of hard knocks . BJ plastic is premo . By the way Lenard toadfrog says hi.
