There is a lot that depends on the mfg . Bait Junkies will not be told there is a goof up . Sometimes they need input from us if we suspect a problem . Your going to run into that no matter which plastic you use . I don't do much of anything anymore but I have tried to use a little of every plastic I could get my hands on . Liftbite56 I THINK Bait Junkies has a video on youtube that shows the process .You might do your own version using an old pressure cooker or something.

I'm doing small amounts to keep waste down while I get my learning curve with this colorant drop on first side. Any way the raw starts out with 50 sec. burst then a 45 sec. burst ...not stirring then 30-15 sec. burst and watch as it goes thick and to clear ( then I stir the plastisol) to the viscosity ready to shoot. Stirring infuses bubbles as well if I'd let it set that would have eleminated my prob. I think. This only is an issue when I'm wanting a clear no colorant shot.

Between your 50, 40 and 30-15 sec heats are you letting it rest or do you just immediately start with next heat?

I have poured for a few years now. I hate bubbles. To me I should not have to learn how to work around bubbles. I tried 4 plastic. Then I got some MF. No bubbles!!! Pick up the jug shake it up to mix it, no bubble. Pour it in your cup stir to mix in your color, no bubbles. Heat 30 sec. stir, do this 5 or 6 times until done. No bubbles. Got 5 gallons of the 464. Lasted 1 1/2 years no bobbles. First pour of that 5 gallons to the last, it poured the same. MF does have it short coming, but bubbles ain't one of them.

We did have a problem a month or so ago with the degasser, We had to drain the oil and replace it. As said I don't know these things unless i'm told.
