    Default question

First time trying to inject 2 tone crappie bait with plastisol can not get plastic to flow through entire mold with blank plate installed. Sometimes 3 or 4 cavities will fill correctly I return plastisol to microwave then all pour but only half or 4th of cavity inconsistent it feels as though there should be an air relief to allow plastisol to inject smoothly I am pushing the plunger super hard and it does not seem to change try at least 10 times with no good results am I missing something simple or is the blank plate supposed to have air relief ? I might be to cautious as I do not want to burn material loses color when burnt. Any suggestions has any one expierienced this problem? Mold works great when not using blank.

It sounds to me that your injector is cold I hate and up your Doula injector make sure that your mold is also warm make sure that your plastic is around 325 to 335 in temperature try this to see if it will work for you but I'm pretty sure that you have a cold injector .
