It seems you have everything but a tv and sofa.....and the beer cooler. Three essentials. No phone that I can see.....smart man there.

Yep, very nice workshop just need a coffee pot & a place to keep the ice tea cool. Waiting to see the first run of plastics, hope they be as neat looking as that work shop.
I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.....

this was a custom-built building for me I specified what I wanted and it in a builder to my specifications I had a prewired you can purchase the building or around 4000 but this is without the wiring in extra windows I paid around 5000 for the extras in IE did the insulating of the building and also why she rocked it also we had had a crawlspace which I enclose completely to make a full attic for storage please note the blower fan in the building for plastic was extra most states have been prebuilt buildings and they will deliver on the spot already assembled you can rent them to buy or lease by anytime that you are part of the building you can send it back no questions and you don't hold them a dime.
Man Oh Man Bob. You have been doubly blessed. I thought you had a nice set up in Texas but this puts the icing on the cake. I can see you hiring a crew and giving Bass Pro or Cabela's a good run for their money. We are so very proud of you. Stay safe in China and then come on home to your paradise in the good old USA. I am intrigued just about the possibilities of building and modifying this kayak style boat i saw today on crappie.com that was made from PVC. It would be great for Bluegill and Crappie on small water and coves. Of course I would be putting in flooring, Yetti cooler, flipper paddles, sides etc for around $100.00 and now you show us a $6,000 customized workshop you had built. When I grow up I want to be just like you. Congratulations my friend.
