PLASTISOL FROM DO-IT (CRYSTAL CLEAR)

I have use several boxes of this but my last 2 orders it has been different. I always use the regular formula and it has been great. 2 boxes I think was soft formula and these last 2 I can't even use because it is so thick...at 330 degrees you can about stand a spoon up in it and at 370 I barely can get it to come out of the injector. Has anybody else had this problem?

contact Jerry and do- it let him know what's going on there might've been a mixup in the order I would definitely contact him he will straighten things out for you I've had no problem with them I've always got good service 100% on that.

Call Do-It [ 1-888-984-6055] and ask for Ryan or Jordan. Jerry passed away a year ago. The folks at Do-It will work with you if you have an issue with a product.

You 2 are 100% right. I talked to Jordan and they are sending me 5 more gallon today. He said that he had not heard of a problem like that before and was going to check into it. Super nice people.

they are number one is far as I'm concerned I had a issue of not receiving an item that I ordered in call them in the sent the second order no questions they are top-of-the-line as far as I'm concerned in taking care of their customers.

I will have to agree with you on that. I been ordering from them for about 1 and half years and that was the first thing that has happened. Like you said no question asked....
