    I'd say the chartreuse is either shot with a plate or poured by hand. When cooled the bellies get removed and small sections are cut out with a blade, then re-inserted and adjusted to keep the open parts open and injected with the blue. Lots of work if it's done in this fashion.

    no plate ctom, no hand pour. a great deal of handwork goes into it...im not slick like you and bob yet and i dont know all the tricks. you are welcome to pm me for the process
