I like it. Downsize to what? Thinking a 2.5" would be nice.

I asked Rick to make his Willow Tail in a 2.5" and he had it done and to me in about a week. I asked Do-it to downsize their 4" split tail but got no response!!! Wish their were more companies out there like Jacob's.

I had that in a 3" size but the legs kept sticking together. It looked like it only had two legs and not four.

Are you saying that the legs did not work independently from one another in the water???????.

Yes, instead of the four legs working independent of each other it looked like it only had two legs.

I'm nut crazy about any bait with more than one tail appendage. One paddletail, one stinger-type tail, that's a good plenty of movement for my liking. I have one insect mold that has several legs and feelers sticking out of it and when I fish it I pluck all but one or two of the shorter ones off the bait. Too much going on with that bait. Bass guys might like it, or pikers, but I've never even bought a package of twin tailed twisters....ever.

perhaps if you used it in a different method of fishing it might work I don't know how you were using that plastic bait if you were trolling with it I was going to use it for vertical jigging I think it would be a good one if it was smaller 2 inches.

ctom it's all in the design of the plastic bait don't know how much of the guys field-tested that plastic bait to iron out the bugs usually it takes quite a bit of research into getting the plastic they just to work right in the way that you're wanting get to perform I'm sure that the plastic bait in mine it was some research???? but if you put it on paper and put it in the computer to make molds it's not that easy to come out with something that will work just right.

I just don't care for baits that look like a pile of coiling snakes on a jig. I have far better luck on more compact baits.
