I think I posted a do it yourself a long time ago on how to do a punch plate, but that was back I think when this site was fairly new so it would be hard to find. However you can use aluminum foil and it works just as good. I did it that way to keep from modifying the molds and risking messing one up.

I remember when you posted about the tinfoil but it's been a few years back like you said I wouldn't remember the first post you made on this unless I searched through all the post it's good to see you on here I hope everything is going well for you.

No Problem. Just glad I was able to contribute something back given all the valuable info I have taken away. Thanks for all your advise on my journey.

I have bought molds from Rick that already well-made for doing that but I was afraid to try it myself I thought oh well if Iraq one it will be holes on the back side but thank you again and they come out perfect I wish I would've tried this a long time ago before I made larger portholes in Rick's molds. the only reason why I made larger portals in his molds was to handle the dual injector.

I'm not positive what the metal is Bob. Its not galvanized. I is fairly soft though, but not aluminum either. I can get brass and copper in the same size and thickness there at Hobby Lobby but they are much more $$$.

In our government-controlled schools we are taught that Lincoln was our greatest president because his war ended slavery and saved the Union. As usual, the other side of the story – the side that reflects poorly on the government – somehow gets lost. – Richard J. Maybury, The Abe Lincoln Hoax
