Good job Ship
Went out yesterday to Guntersville before the nfl draft to test some of Bob's tri color baits, YUM Money Fry, and my own Carrot Top two inch minnows with the big old eyes. Only stayed out a few hours but had pretty decent results. Tipped them with crappie nibbles or sprayed them with shad scent by YUM. Had a lot of fun. Carrot Top caught the most followed by the Tri color bait by Snake River. Money Fry caught four. Not too bad for just two hours on the water.

There's nothing like sticking some slabs on your own baits. Way to go! I've been toying with some plastics and I may have caught the fever...lol.
Thanks for the pics and report

Thank you Herb. It is more fun when you fool them on something you created. I know you will enjoy fooling with soft plastics. I was fearful of severe burns and the unknown too at first. Be sure and read all of the stickies at the top of the forum especially the DO NOT DO THIS stickies. Have fun.

Mike you did a beautiful job on catching some fish I went out yesterday morning for a little bit and messed around with the smallmouth Bass on her spawning bed I bugged her until she hit the plastic bait she went over 4 pounds in the course I released her back to do her thing is I do not keep any bass that I catch .
