    Default Eyes on plastic minnows

Is there a better way to do it? I was just messing around today with some eyes and some super glue. I wonder how you professionals do it. Any advice is appreciated.

Mike after the but the eyes on they use clearcoat over that eyes and body as you seen when I posted the baits that I put the eyes under the color you shouldn't do that we should put them on top and then put her coat but we were only messing around I think it looks good the way you did Mike I think it looks fantastic I never thought about super gluing them on the plastic baits but that is a good ideal it may be a little time-consuming but it sure make sure plastic baits look good.

Where do you buy clear coat Bob? I was thinking of just putting a drop of superglue beneath and a drop on top of the eyes only which leaves the rest of the bait soft. Might try and put eyes on the icicle when we figure it out.

clearcoat is a soft plastic that you heat it up in the microwave and then stick your plastic baits into it clearcoat them.

Those red eyes are standing out very well. If you can get them to stay on you have a good bait.

the eyes look good, as snake said the way some people seal them is to just heat up clear plastic and dip them in it.
