did some baits in bright orange other night.used half a crayon for coloring and im pleased on how the color looks.bright orange is a fish getter in the places i go.can't wait to put these in front of hungry fish Christopher Spaloss's Photos | Facebook :D the cold was annoying,i had the basement door open for ventilation and had less time to pour before the plastic started to go solid.didn't get any trout worms made because of that.
got it at lure craft.i don't have any recently new molds yet,but i have plans for making a simple mold with the silicon putty i have.all my molds are hand pour open style ones except for the glass tubing i use with a plastic syringe for trout worms.the small mold i think is under 10$. here's a link to it 5x237 - LureCraft i haven't got to try the small grub and shad shapes yet.a 1/64 jighead should fit the small grub good enough.
i got 2 books about making all sorts of different tackle.in one of them it talks about making molds out of silicon for jigheads!so if i ever want to make my own jigheads can use silicon stuff.

will thank you for sharing the information. I hope to see more of your work. It is definitely fascinating on open molds. There are many, many molds that are open to pick from and you definitely can make your own so definitely post more pictures of your work in the future. I for one very interested in this you may is also contact Jacob baits. He might be able to build you some molds that you would want because you're only using the hand pour so it would be very easy for him to build you a mold sent him some designs and he will definitely get back to you. Also you can contact the other mold makers and you probably would use a half of their molds. Most of them are injection molds but you can use to do hand pouring .
