Careful ship..........this will give G3 a big head
G3 was right. I had been fishing my double jig set up with the top hook being tied with a palamore knot and the bottom jig tied with a loop knot. Well I decided to give the old man's idea of using loop knots for both jigs a try. The plastic minnow still hung horizontal and the bottom jig still had great action.
Listen to G3 folks. Use two loop knots on your double rig setups. This here old dog ain't too old to learn another trick or two.

naw....no big head here. I try every method and technique that I hear or read about. Experiance has shown me that your jigs have more action with a loop knot......works best for me anyway. Now go catch some fish dadgummit!
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Ever since I read about using two loop knots that's what I been using. Not real sure about the difference in the action...but it makes sense works for me.
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.

In our government-controlled schools we are taught that Lincoln was our greatest president because his war ended slavery and saved the Union. As usual, the other side of the story – the side that reflects poorly on the government – somehow gets lost. – Richard J. Maybury, The Abe Lincoln Hoax
