Bob, I bought a Mr. Heater LP gas heater just to put in the boat. If Ship goes with me he is on his own on the back seat because the heater will be up on the front with me.

don't you feel sorry for ship now if you were a good buddy you give him the whole heater to keep warm and you have to steer that both so that he can catch fish.

Yep 640 acres is a small lake....Some of the COE reservoirs that I fish ( Grenada, Enid, Sardis) are upwards of 35,000 acres.

It melted 34 minutes later. Ohio might take four months to melt and you fish hard water. We have soft water and I still have not shoveled snow in six years since I moved south.

you cheated you went and put hot water on it. That's no fair where I live here it is what they call the banana belt of Eastern Oregon. We sit in a big valley everything around us has snow on it. If it does snow here it doesn't last. The storms go around us. It's kind of strange but it does get very cold here.

I retired to take care of my dad who was going blind. He died on Christmas 2003 before we could move to Knoxville TN. The wife said let's just move to Alabama where my family is. So we did.
