The bait was designed not to have a thin tail for a reason. The thin tail baits cause a huge problem when shooting docks, at least a 1/4 or 1/3 your cast will result in the tail flipping over and hooking itself on the point of the hook if it skips any on the water going under the dock. I like the BG's and gave them high praise with our tournament results. But now I have a bait that does not do this, I can spend more time fishing my bait in the right spot and not reeling it in and fixing just to shoot it again and to maybe have it happen again.
