for tubes .... & for casting purposes -- I like the Crappie Pro solid body tubes (1.75")
for grub type baits ... & for dock shooting purposes -- I like the Panfish Assassins (1.5")
(I like solid bodied plastic baits, because they hold on the jighead better/longer ... and they last longer than hollow baits)

for trolling purposes .... if I'm not dragging a Roadrunner or marabou jig ... then I'm probably dragging a Hal-fly knockoff (Chet Fly from Grousefly, or Jelly Jig from Keith/Microspoons, or Jiffy Jig)

I have some other plastics, but haven't had a chance to use them against the ones listed above. When I do get the chance, I will be testing them

the new lake fork tackle baby shad are proving to be a great bait, dont know if it is the slots in the tail or the garlic injected in them

Mine would be a Bobby Garlond 3 inch Slab Slayer. White/Chartruse with Black/Yellow a close second.

A 2'' curly tail or 1 1/2 baby shad, color depends on the water but white/chart and black/chart are two good ones.

when it comes to plastics for crappie,i love throwin my split tail grubs i pour.also love to use trout worms on 1/80 jighead, mine and others.i spose i don't really have much of a favorite.i throw what i feel like throwin at the time.sometimes i will throw panfish assasins, bobby garland baby shads, tiny fin-shads,berkly power bait honey worm nymph, little wiglers.sometimes i will throw tiny mister twisters various plastics.trout magnet, crappie magnet.i don't limit myself to only a few items,i prefer an arsenal of whatever i can cram into my fishing vest :D
