Okay loved all the suggestions on the Need Your Help section and we are working on a few of them so thanks guys!!!

Anyway I talked with the insurance provider and found out we are able to hold at least one Open Tournament as a fundraiser and membership drive so I have 3 questions?

1) How Much would this interest you ????

2) Which Rathbun Tournament would be better the April 29th---- May 27th---June 24th ??????

3) Would it be reasonable to charge Nonmembers an Extra Fee Like $60 per team and Members the regular $40 per
team ???? (the $20 from nonmembers would go to the club and not be included in the pay out for the
tournament)

1^st place 40%
2^nd Place 30%
3^rd Place 15%
4^th Place 10%
5^th Place 5%

This will be a 100% payout based on $40 per team

Regular Tournament Rules Will apply teams may pre register by Mail with check in advance until April 20,2012 all entries received after this date will be invalid all entries made after April 20,2012 must be cash
