Default How many in one spot

I am planning on making some 5 gallon buckets with stakes in them. How many should i put out in one spot? How far apart should they be?

    Hey Jeremy,
First off, I would build them in 18 qt. plastic dishpans from the Dollar store or Wal-Mart. You will be able to get a lot better spread on your stakes and you can pop the dishpans off and reuse them.
I would plan on putting at least 4 to a spot. Place them as close together as you can without them touching so they will be easy for you to find them again. Single pieces of structure are hard to locate again.
I have a friend who has a lot of success putting his structure in a straight line and others say a square or "H" pattern.
If you place them in an area that lacks other cover they should hold fish well. My best spots so far have been such areas or right adjacent to a creek or river channel drop-off.
    Good Luck
