    Lowell - I am not a biologist by training, but a water and wastewater consultant that also manages a few select ponds and lakes. My environmental company has been in business for 24 years specializing in these areas.

    Actually. most lilly pads don`t grow in very deep water; using a long handled rake you might be able to pull the tublers out by hand from a boat or wading...
