These will work. Be SURE to GPS them as soon as they "splash"; otherwise they will be HARD to relocate !

Really. I will remember that. Maybe it will be harder for other people to locate too.

If you can locate any submerged wooden cover, the PVC works VERY WELL as a "deep ender". This gives you the attraction power of bigger fish on the PVC and the shelter for prey/ lower life forms on the wood...the BEST of BOTH !

Thinking about taking hole saw and cutting holes in the tubes. Thinking it would hold the bait fish inside. Giving them a place to hide.

I like the material and they will hold fish. I've kicked around the idea of bumming some of this stuff and doing my own, along with some other stuff I do, and these were my ideas. Cut a 12" section of the pipe as a center or core to tie as many others around as will fit. PVC up to as big as the bucket will allow would work best. Drill 1/4" hole and wire them together as a cluster and then set it concrete after drilling 1/2 or 3/4" holes in the bottom of the pipe so the concrete will have a bite on the pipe. Drop these where they would be slightly overlapping and a wood brushpile at either end and it should turn on and be snag free except at the ends where the wood is. Oak will last a long time, and I mean limbs tied together and a concrete block or 2 WIRED on to them. Wave action wiggling the brush will wear thru the rope at the block and you'll lose the pile, I've lost 2. I have some out that hold fish pretty good. I also put branches in a 5gal bucket standing them up about 8' or more and then plastic stake buckets around that. Easier to find the wood part with basic electronics like I have, and once marking the wood, fish the snag proof stuff all around it. create a line from 8' with the bundle of wood to 15 or 20' with the other and it should be active all year. Have fun and good luck.

PVC is good when it isn't the main materials, always have branches from fruit tree's if possible.. Then you'll hold more fish. Remember there are different depths for different seasons.
