if the center piece is pvc try some with pvc limbs if you can get them for cheap and compare results...let us know the results...

Also, I'm going to make some like this, only shorter and then stick one or two of the feet in a 5 gal bucket with about 3/4 of a bag of cement and place 5-10 in one location and build a reef.

Sounds like a plan, now when we going fishin???
