I think we are going to give this type of PVC Structures a try. Just got a truck load of FREE PVC last week, and I really like these as appose to the vertical PVC Trees. These look like they are are going to be a little more Time Consuming. We are going to make 5 and see what happens. Not going as big as these shown, but think they should produce just fine. Using 4" for trunk, and 3/4" for the limbs. Should be a 5' Trunk & 5' Limbs, for a 5' diameter structure. Try to get them ready and sunk, want to access the PVC production, compared to the Boo Buckets & Boo Balls.
Hope the get them ready this week.

Love the looks of the horizontal structures. What did you use to hold the legs/limbs in place? or was it a snug enough fit that none was needed?

No, the Hole Saw I used was a little big, so I used screws.

Today was to windy to get on the water, so I built 4 more of these structures. Stumbled into another deal on some PVC. I called a guy about some PVC, and he is going to get me 100+ FREE pieces of 3/4" and 1" PVC that is 20' long. Going to pick it up next weekend. We fish the same lake, so made the deal of getting him GPS Coords for the PVC. This should get us quit a few of these Horizontial Structures. Haven't got to sink any yet, But I sure like the looks of them. I've got a few more cut and trunks with holes in it. Just needss to be put together. I guess I need to get to working on a bunch of TRUNKS, for the in coming limbs.
Going to be hard to get these built while trying to fish for SPAWNING CRAPPIE. But will probably be enough Windy and Rainy days to keep this project going. We'll See...
