Looks good
is it really that easy??
PVC doesn't seem to hold fish well around here in Ohio. Is it because there is still too much wood cover available in the lake. What's the secret?

pvc just takes a long time to grow algae witch in terms takes a long to bring in zoo plankton and stuff that feed on the algae then the minnows witch feed on the zoo plankton and so on....but after a few year PVC beds will hold alot of fish

Looks really good and should produce well for you. I agree, just add water and a jig!!!
I am about to do the same thing here only our lake fluctuates a good bit so I will be dropping 3 footers in 12-14 feet of water. I will also be dropping some 5 footers in 20-23 ft of water as well. It wont do much for Spring Crappie (plenty of shallow brush here usually) but it will sure hold them in a couple of spots here all summer long!
I like to build stake beds in shallow water next to banks that drop off 3 - 4 ft deep... Crappie love to hold there..... And they are easy to build......
