The Crawfish Festival Was Great.sorry For Anybody That Did Not Come Get Some Of Them Tasty Mudbugs.spent Time Out There All Day Saturday With The Family.then To Top It Off My Friend Tony From Creole Invited Us To A Crab Boil Sunday.all The Crabs You Could Eat.ate Crabs,ate Crabs Again And Brought Some Home And Put In The Freezer For Gumbo Or Fre-ca-say.ho That Was Good Yea!!!!!!!!!

its funny to watch people freak out when you suck the head of the crawfish. you arent sucking their brains out, just the spices and juices, tastes GREAT! when i have a pile of em i suck the head on about every other one.
i hadnt had crawfish before and hadnt visited Louisiana since i was a little kid. i went there a few months ago, at a TON of crawfish and drove home with 25 pounds of crawfish in 1 cooler and another cooler full of Dixie and Abita beer. i loved it out there. also brought back 25$ worth of crawfish boudin too.
