in breaux bridge i believe the fruit stand has it and in lafayette kevin guidry produce on moss street has it.
Where do y'all get your crawfish? Do they farm-raise them? We'd starve to death flipping over rocks in the creek for an hour to catch a couple dozen, and then there ain't no size to 'em. Whenever I've been in LA or MS, I've always made it a point to get myself some crawfish. They're a tasty treat. I guess when it comes to crawfish boils, it sucks to be a yankee!
Alot are caught out of the Atchafalaya Basin in Louisiana and farmers also flood fields in order to harvest them. The Atchafalaya Basin is the largest swamp in the United States.Click on link for more info.http://www.lacoast.gov/landchange/basins/at/index.asp

Goodness, all I need is 10 pounds of boiled crawfish. does mr. bullfrog have a recipe for just that amount?
Oh ya, I heard that to make them easier to clean the tails you add some butter in the water, is that true?
