Where do y'all get your crawfish? Do they farm-raise them? We'd starve to death flipping over rocks in the creek for an hour to catch a couple dozen, and then there ain't no size to 'em. Whenever I've been in LA or MS, I've always made it a point to get myself some crawfish. They're a tasty treat. I guess when it comes to crawfish boils, it sucks to be a yankee!

Oh ya, I heard that to make them easier to clean the tails you add some butter in the water, is that true?
