    Muffin pan chicken, it's the first time I tried it. It's what the competition BBQ guys do. There are a couple different ways to do it (i did the easiest) I just boned and cleaned up thighs, pulled the skin back but not off, to expose all the meat. Season both sides of the meat with your rub of choice and tuck them neatly into pan skin side up, season a little more and a pad off butter on top. Into the smoker @ 275-300 till 165. They cook in their own juice because of the muffin pan, then pull them out of the pan, sauce and back in the smoker on a rack or vessel of choice to set the sauce. There's lot of videos out there on how to do them. some do skin side down till 140 degrees them flip them over and they have a perfect shape. looks cool, tastes great.

    Yes, please, start talking, those chicken thighs caught my attention right away! Fantastic spread of BBQ.

    Bud you have to tell us where you bought that very cool pan your grilling the chicken in.

    Well... I'd love to tell you where to get one but I can't. I was at the dump/transfer station and they have a room for stuff that people don't want but not actually garbage. All free, they call it the swap shop, I call it treasure Island, lol. I've scored lots of cool stuff there.

    Do a search for mini loaf pan. I think that will lead you right direction.

    Got it. I didn't see you already posted the prep on the chicken. I will take SuperDaves's advice and do a google search while drinking some homemade wine. That wine always makes me get the old credit card out to order something cooking related.

    Yes sir, I gained 5lbs just looking at all that great food. Love the idea of the loaf pan chicken. I can see them in our future for sure. All them grocery's lookin' good.
