    Default Mother's Day feast

So we've been getting into the crappie pretty good, had some friends over for fish tacos on Mother's Day, good spread, everyone was full and plenty of leftovers! Recipe to follow. Name: IMG_9153.jpg

    Simple marinade on the fish
    Olive oil
    Salt/pepper
    Cumin
    Chili powder
    Crushed garlic
    Cilantro
    Lime juice,
(Paprika ,cayenne, red pepper) if you want spicy. We didn't knowing who was coming,
Adjust all quantities to your liking (we don't measure)
Most of the time cooked on the grill but it was chilly out so on the flat top in the house it was.

All the usual fixins, got lazy on the guacamole but I did make my own salsa with some tomatoes my neighbor brought back to our neck of the woods from FL, no fresh stuff here in CT except for the fish!

Fantastic Photo Spread! I'm with Super Dave on the passion for Fish Tacos. I like a slaw on mine too even though we do tomatoes & greens more. I bet your tacos tasted as good as they look too.
