    Default Burnt Moo burgers

YEP , with a some sauteed toppers and a few ruffles and some burnt sweet corn on the side , if you burn it just right over an open fire made of pecan wood, it might eat well ....
of course the melted slice of Pepper jack made it actually a cheeseburger , but lets not get all kinds of picky what we call them ....
just do not call them late for dinner ,,,,,just saying
kindly cover your eyes , there was some portabellas in the veggie mix
mmmmm Texas style country place food ROCKS !

Been a stranger to the food section with my troubles here, eating out of the freezer almost everyday. A meal like this would certainly heal up a working man's body.
