    Looks fantastic! I love a good steak, baked potato, mushrooms, & some broccoli or asparagus. Love it!

    I was in the meat department last Saturday and saw "chuck eye steaks" were $4.97 per pound. Compared to ribeyes, the price was lass than half! I bought some, marinated them for a couple of hours in Dale's, then threw them on the grill.......they were darn good. Each one, though, had one little gristle bite, but other than that, they were good & tender with some little fat marbling.

    I'm sold on them now. I researched them and found that chuck eye steaks used to be called Delmonico steaks.
