    Default crappie tacos revisited .....


    the building of the proper taco takes time .....and it aint easy to get all that stuff in them without a catastrophe , nothing worse than a blown up totally fractured crispy taco you can't pick up without wearing it on your tshirt .....
    just saying ....
    AND quit eye balling them roasted diced poblano and banana peppers , them is only used when pros are building up said crispy delightful shenanigans
    AND 2 kinds of avocados might be in the plan as well ....
    ya just never know ....and .....
    i know i know ,WALMART SALSA .....
    is a hanging crime in these parts ....
    but it was a rather desperate attempt on my part , all my homemade stuff was gone and in desperate situations folks sometimes do desperate things ....
    KRUNCH was near ,,,,

    Looks delicious. I’m eyeballing those peppers… I would eat that whole thing of them…lol.

    Banana peppers are typically mild. We grew some one year beside a habanero plant and those banana peppers were brutal. I laugh now but I wasn’t laughing then…

    them yellow ones can vary greatly , if you buy them at the mexican market they can be brutally warm , the regular other markets that vend to the general other folks ones tend to be sweet and mild ....
    and sometimes they fall under the guise of banana peppers and are actually some of them hun wax ones ...
    and them things are hot for darn sure
