Heavy Hitting Tamale & Ground Pork Quesadilla Lunch
Steamed some leftover Pork Tamales & stuffed a Grande Burrito Wrapper with grill fried ground Pork seasoned up well, grated Mexican 4 cheese mix, and some Chipolte Salsa Cremosa while adding a bit of sour cream on each bite. Real smooth going down too.
Had I-Hop breakfast yesterday and snapped a picture of the pancake of the month.

yummmy stuff for sure ....
as you might imagine we specialize in texmex in these parts and quesadillas are on said list .
you would be surprised to see how they are often made in these parts .
it is a frequent thing to just use one tortilla and make a half quesadilla .
you just lay the tortilla down ,add your inner pack and fold it over ....
works well for sure
ESPECIALLY with them monster big burrito style flour tortillas....mmmm
