    Oh My God, Oh My God,Oh My God, Oh My God, I fried 4 Tamales in black iron with just salted butter this morning. Cooked them to put over a plate of grits. added scrambled eggs on top. Oh My God, so good. Here is my official THANK YOU Ketchn!

    sometimes good food just cannot wait for a photo you know , just saying
    glad you enjoyed them , we did some queso version tamales in the pan this weekend all crispy on the outside ....
