    Default A New Favorite Jethro Grade Sandwich


    I love a Pulled Pork sandwich & I love a good Chicken Salad sandwich, both made the same way. Today a light bulb went off and I decided to have both. Using a lightly toasted multigrain sliced bread I like 3 things on both sandwiches - Mayonnaise, Dill Pickles, & Old School Yellow Mustard. I can't remember where this started but it is still a lunch favorite. I had to get back on the trailer.

    I thought it would take some time to eat but in just a few minutes I was picking at a empty plate. This sandwich will have to happen again real soon.
