    Default Crappie Cakes ?

I just filleted 22 crappie and saved all the little slivers/extra meat I could off the backbone. It came up to half a quart of meat.Too small to fry separately,I was thinking about making cakes or balls, similar to salmon patties or crab cakes? Has anyone ever tried this?
