    RULE # 1 >>>> to conserve these wonderful fish ,,,,,
    shrimp make a great substitute for crappie when fried in the cast iron .....
    always refer back to rule number one if you have any more questions about the save the crappie foundation....just saying
    and KABOOM TOO

    Hey Ketchn, what would be the other side pictured besides the salad and crappie saver? Potato shred with some type of cream sauce.....looks good.

    those were mashed potatoes with skin on and a light sprinkle of shredded white cheese over them , the other creamy substance was a splash of tartar sauce beside the ketch up .....
    sure was a simply wonderful set of food items for sure

    peeling , butterflying ,dipping and coating them fresh shrimp makes for a bit of work , but to be very sure , it pays back large dividends
