    Default Leftover Sausage Breakfast

I don't know what happened but I thought I posted this last night but I see it is not here. Must have had too much hooch while posting.

When making & casing sausage my Sausage Stuffer always leaves a ball of sausage in the bottom. I like to make a breakfast sandwich out of it.

So I like to use Iron for frying pork sausage and here a good crust is applied while one broken yoke egg is slow cooked on the gas side of the stoves. Personally I like soft bread with a egg sandwich but toasted bread if a meat is included. It's always hard here at the point the sausage is cooked to not start breaking off the irregular edges and eat them before finishing the sandwich.

Assembly is as you would expect, I do add a slice of White American Cheese to the Egg once flipped and before adding to my sandwich. A quick cut in two and you can see it's a hearty breakfast sandwich. I have one more ball of sausage in the fridge for this mornings meal.

Not a breakfast person but put that sandwich in front of me and it would be gone in no time.

I need to make myself a good breakfast sandwich. Or since I don't have a Whataburger and homemade Breakfast on a Bun would hit the spot
