Thread: Leftover Sausage Breakfast

I love making breakfast tacos , not them lil pencil looking chain food versions, the real deal , one and done versions……one is a meal , gots to use a BIG tortilla on them and roast em until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside……
What goes in them is often potatoes, peppers, onions, eggs , meat and cheese ….
The meat is the optional part along with the desired cheese of the day.
what type of peppers and potatoes is also optional as well ….
Heck it’s all optional depending on what is in the fridge…..

This morning we are having some butter grits, eggs and sausage all mixed up in a bowl. Cold and frosty day comfort food.
