    are tasty deer
    got to love a fast venison meat marinara sauce over spaghetti with some home made ranch dressing over a tossed salad , coupled up with some toasted cheese breads .....
    it just does not get much better for sure ....
    mmmmm .....and as they say ,,,,let's eat ....

    We had venison spaghetti last week and the left overs were made into spaghetti bake (added sour cream and topped with American cheese) last night. Any meat we eat that most folks would use beef for we use deer meat. Cant get any better than that for us.

    we used to be the venison meatball crew back when , my daughter was 3 or 4 when she went with me on a her first hunt/harvest , first thing she said when she stood over that doe was ......mmmmm lets make meatballs daddy ....

    sometimes simplicity is all that on cuisine for sure .....
    whipped that dinner up in record time and for sure was it good ....
    of course being half italian and knowing what makes a great marinara helps too ....just saying
