    I eat some kind of fried sausage for breakfast almost everyday. Great plate Bud.

    The Hickory smoked or the original are the best ones to me but i buy more of the hickory smoked.
    Hickory smoked is a thinner link that is in this picture. best used for breakfast and just plain grilled appetizer or sausage dogs.
    The original is thicker best for like seafood boils and grilled for sausage dogs.
    Really either for any use is good just depends if you want the thinner or thicker link.

    We had bacon, eggs, & pancakes for supper last night. My brother-in-law & his wife were in town from Knoxville, TN, and said they wanted to drop by and visit before they return home. Wifey told them we were "frying bacon as we speak" and they were all in! We had a fine visit and supper to go with it.
