Baked Breakfast in Individual Ramakins
Every once in a while we make something different for breakfast. This is a tasty treat with smoked ham on the bottom, cheese & potato shreds spooned over the ham. and 2 eggs dropped on top then baked till the eggs cook. A bit of Franks Red Hot really sends it over the top.
