Crappie Breakfast Today!
I needed a quick out the door breakfast since I was going back fishing this morning. Ask my bride to cook me some grits, I sauteed the fillets in Blackening Seasonings and unsalted butter. This breakfast lasted to 2pm out on the water catching Crappie.
Lots of butter was used & abused in the cooking of these fillets.
If I die from a Deadly Sin it will be Gluttony!

I caught some more Pigs today. As they came over the gunnel each one got sized up for a dish passing the time between taking fish off the hook.
