Default New Years Day Charbroiled Shrimp

I'm in the recliner now, sleep is circling around me. I ate too much!

I cooked Shrimp for one of the Grandchildren last week and still had shrimp left that we didn't cook so today I cranked up the Char Broiler. I found these little tins that fit perfectly in my Broiler and they are perfect for Shrimp & Oysters.

I gave these Shrimp good coat of Tony's Blackening Seasonings then stirred with a spoon every few minutes. Afterwards I placed 1 Shrimp in each cup in the Tin. We are out of the Drago's Butter Sauce so I had to improvise by mixing Avocado oil and squeeze butter 50/50. I put a little bit of minced Garlic on top of the Shrimp before spooning on the oil/butter blend.

I scored some really good Parmesan Cheese at the grocery so that was grated and used to top all the Shrimp.

This Texas Toast is fantastic prepared in a Air Fryer.

All the extra Shrimp was cooked on the stove, we ate right out of the tins using the Texas Toast to sop up the juices. Here is a quick shot of everything before we smoked it.

I think that one came from Sam's Club. I will double check. Also it has a bit different seasoning than other Blackening mixes, nice and Zippy!
