    Default Winner Winner, pork dinner ?


    Sometimes we win , Sometimes not so much.....
    This meal fell into the bigwin category for darn sure ....
    Pecan fire roasted baked potatoes
    Corn on the cob steamed in its husk
    Center cut pork tenderloins lightly seasoned and .....
    Can't EVEN begin to describe how delightful it finished......
    Mmmm for sure KABOOM

    we have some sort of tall "weeds" that dry up and are really stiff , they are better than gasoline bro .....
    you take a handfull and crunch it up a bit and touch it with fire and KABOOM !
    my little sister was like WOW no paper no fuel just some weed twigs and instant fire ?
    H figured it out a while back , told me all you need is handfull of that stuff ....
    I was a bit skeptical till we tossed some in the pit and introduced it to a Bic lighter

    the chops just had a bit of salt ,onion powder and garlic powder on them and were 4 minutes per side or so over about 350 to 400 .....
    in the end the plate of the finished products is what one would call "memorable" eats FOR SURE .....

    there was some scuffling on the leftovers about who got what when we finished dinner .....
