Russet taters don't typically seem that sweet to me , like a red or a golden .....it was interesting to me for sure ....
they were large and 2 out of the 4 were halved because they were to large to consume one setting is what I heard ....
both who halved theirs, ate their second half about as FAST as the first half ,,,,,just saying

long story on that pork , it was gifted to us , we gift to others and they gift to us .....
someone asked my wife if she wanted the fish or the pork and ......you guessed it .....
